1. Conditions for Returns
Customers may request a product return if the following conditions are met:

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or mishandling of the equipment.

Requests made after the 7-day period from the delivery date.
2. Return Request Process
If you wish to request a return, please follow these steps:

Our team will evaluate the request and, if approved, will coordinate the collection of the returned product.

Once the product is received and its condition is verified, we will process the refund or replacement within 5 to 10 business days.
3. Refund Policy
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
In the case of a replacement, a new item will be sent at no additional cost.
If the return is not approved, the customer may choose to have the product shipped back to them or assume the shipping cost for the return.
